Common questions
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes — on Starter and Pro plans you can connect any custom domain (e.g. yourorg.com). We handle SSL automatically.
How does the free plan work?
The free plan is genuinely free, forever. You get a subdomain on milaap.app, up to 50 members, and 5 events.
Do you take a cut of donations?
No. Milaap uses Interac e-transfer — money goes directly to your org's bank account. We never touch the funds.
Can I migrate my existing member list?
Yes. You can import members via CSV from your dashboard settings. We also offer white-glove migration for Pro plans.
Is there a long-term contract?
No contracts — month-to-month billing. Cancel anytime, your data is yours and you can export it at any time.
